Refund Policy

If something we built for you doesn’t deliver what you expected, you get your money back. No forms. No calls. No “are you sure?”

The short version

30-day no-questions-asked refunds. Email refunds@evolvebusiness.com from the address you used to purchase. Jim issues the refund in Stripe within 48 hours.

What’s covered

How to request a refund

  1. Email refunds@evolvebusiness.com from the address you used to purchase.
  2. Include your order or receipt — anything that lets us find the transaction. The first line of your email is fine: “Refund for Keyword Roadmap Section, ordered May 20.”
  3. You don’t need to explain why. We genuinely don’t require a reason.
  4. Jim issues the refund in Stripe within 48 hours (usually same-day). You’ll get a Stripe receipt confirming it.

Subscriptions

If you bought a subscription (e.g. $19/mo Page Roadmap or $99/quarter Site Roadmap):

Why we offer this

Because the worst part of buying anything online is wondering whether you’ll be stuck if it’s not what you expected. We’d rather lose the $19 than make you regret buying from us. If the work is good, you’ll come back. If it’s not, you should never have paid in the first place.
