If you’re not satisfied with your Audit, we’ll refund you. Here’s the deal in plain English.


The offer

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on any Audit. No interrogation, no “what went wrong” form to fill out. If the Audit didn’t deliver value for you, email us within the window and we’ll process the refund.

How to request

Email jim@evolvebusiness.com with:

  1. The email address used to purchase
  2. The business name on the Audit (or the audit URL we sent you)
  3. A one-line note that you’d like a refund

That’s it. We don’t require a reason, but if you tell us what was missing or wrong, it helps us improve the product.

We reserve the right to decline a refund in narrow cases of misuse:

If we decline a refund, we’ll tell you why and offer to make it right another way (a free upgrade, a different audit, or a strategic conversation).

Outside the 7-day window

After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. We’re a small business that wants long-term relationships, so reach out — we’d rather have a conversation than turn down a reasonable request.

Chargebacks

Please email us before initiating a chargeback through your bank. Chargebacks are expensive for both of us (Stripe charges fees regardless of who’s right) and they slow down a resolution. We’d rather refund you in three days than fight a 90-day chargeback investigation.

Refunds don’t affect future purchases

Getting a refund on an Audit doesn’t blacklist you from buying again. If you refund a Light and later want a Medium or Full, you’re welcome.
